This site describes the states of a standard release cycle.

State Description Time to Release
1 - Open trunk is open for any new features tbd
2 - ToDo trunk is only open for features found on ToDo tbd
3 - Feature Freeze trunk is frozen for any feature changes, bugfixing and documentation only, release candidates are beeing prepared 2 weeks per release candidate
4 - Full Freeze trunk is fully frozen to prepare release 2 weeks
